7911000 Legal Counsel and Representation Services Updated versions of the model service contract, combined contract and list of changes that have been added for both England and Wales and Scotland. The CSC and/or the purchasers reserve the right to hold an electronic auction between the parties to the framework agreement during the contractual phase of the commercial law group. Electronic ordering and/or electronic billing and/or electronic payment may be used for the duration of the framework contract and for the duration of a commercial law panel contract. The firm`s office and the government`s legal department have released an updated version of the standard service contract. This version reflects changes in government policy, regulation and the market. The standard service contract is a set of standard conditions for important service contracts that are published for use by public authorities and many other public sector organisations. This acquisition is made under the light touch regime (LTR) and is therefore subject to limited regulation. It is carried out in accordance with REGULATIONS 74 to 76 of the 2015 PCR and relates to legal services listed as specific services in Schedule 3 of the Public Procurement Regulation 2015 (PCR) 2015. This agreement includes four lots offering both general legal services and more specific legal services. Suppliers who are appointed for this batch must provide detailed advice and services regarding the areas of mandatory specialization in the specifications for Lot 1.
