Agreement Position Meaning

Contract to Hire is a short-term job that allows both parties to try a role before committing to full-time work. Also known as “Temp to Hire”, Contract-to-Hire contracts usually determine how long the contractor works for the employer. At the end of this probation period, the employer can decide whether to hire the holder as a full-time worker with benefits. If the employer doesn`t have a schedule in mind, you should come up with one yourself, based on how much time you think you need to familiarize yourself with the position to be best considered for the fixed role.
